"Don't waste your time here. If you have questions, they will not give you the right answers, they are not knowledgeable and then they are unwilling to call the underwriter. Extremely unprofessional. I called for a quote in a new state and the licensed agent who wants to assure me how capable she is changed my address to the address that I quoted before I even know decided to switch. Becky Lyons is a terrible business owner. She straight up, refused to give me her district manager's name and phone number. This agent went to far as to forward all my calls to state farm to thier office making it impossible to call my agent in Tennessee from my phone number."
